Tribratanews.polri.go.id., Lampung Tengah, Polsek Punggur Pada hari Minggu tanggal (12/04/202) sekira jam 23.00 WIB telah menangkap tersangka cabul terhadap anak dibawah umur sesuai dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/208-B/IV/2020/Polda Lampung/Res LT/Sek Punggur tanggal 12 April 2020.
Alangkah bejatnya sebagai orangtua, SY (41) Th cabuli anak tirinya di tengah merebaknya covid-19 yang semestinya kita semua harus banyak-banyak berdoa dan pola hidup sehat, tetapi tidak lain untuk SY (41) Th warga Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah atas laporan ibu kandung korban MY yang juga istri dari tersangka, melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Punggur bahwa anaknya “Bunga” (NM) mengeluhkan sakit pada kemaluannya setelah buang air kecil sambil merintih kesakitan kemudian ibunya menghampiri korban dan menanyakan kenapa sakit lalu dengan lugas korban menjawab kalau kemaluannya si anak di masukin jari oleh ayah tirinya seketika itu ibunya kaget lalu kemudian ibu korban berkonsultasi dengan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan Selanjutnya membuat laporan ke Polsek Punggur.
Kronologis kejadian menurut keterangan korban (Bunga), ayah tirinya yang sudah melakukan pencabulan sebanyak 4 kali akan tetapi korban tidak ingat kapan waktunya dan menurut keterangan korban (Bunga) pernah juga melakukan di gubuk persawahan serta pernah dilakukan di tempat rumah mbahnya (Nenek) dan di rumah karena korban dan tersangka memang tinggal satu rumah saat rumahnya sepi tidak ada ibu kandungnya.
Dalam konfirmasi sampai berita ini diturunkan dari hasil wawancara diruang kerja Kapolsek Punggur Iptu Amsar, S.Sos dalam mewakili Kapolres Lampung Tengah AKBP I Made Rasma, S.Ik., M.Si. bahwa tindakan yang telah kami lakukan adalah koordinasi juga dengan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) Kabupaten Lampung Tengah terkait dengan kasus tersebut “Sakti Peksos juga sudah melakukan pendampingan terhadap korban dan rencananya dalam satu pekan ini korban akan dilakukan rujukan ke Rumah Perlindungan Trauma Center (RPTC) Bandar Lampung untuk tahap pemulihan traumanya si korban kira-kira gambarannya seperti itu kawan-kawan mugkin bisa di tambah redaksinya” pungkasnya hasil dari konfirmasi Kapolsek Punggur.
Tersangka ini di kenai pasal 82 ayat (1) UU RI tahun 2016 tentang penetapan peraturan pemerintah pengganti UU nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas UU RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak menjadi UU jo pasal 76E UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. apabila dalam penyelidikan dan penyidikan ada perbuatan-perbuatan lain maka yang dilakukan tersangka akan dikenakan pasal berlapis dengan ancaman lebih dari 15 Tahun penjara dan di tambah hukuman sepertiga kalau Tersangka merupakan keluarga.
