Ketika Korban menaruh HP Samsung Tipe A50 warna putih miliknya diletakkan diatas lantai kamar rumah korban yang dilakukan oleh pelaku dengan cara masuk melalui pintu depan rumah korban lalu pelaku mengambil HP milik korban selanjutnya pelaku yang masih ( DPO) menjual HP milik korban kepada pelaku MMP Als Muis dengan harga Rp.1.100.000, sehingga akibat pencurian dengan pemberatan tersebut korban mengalami kerugian sejumlah Rp .3.000.000,- “ Kata Heri.
