Menurut Kapolsek Terbanggi Besar Kompol Drs Sutana Yusuf, M.Kom.I, Mewakili Kapolres Lampung Tengah AKBP Popon Ardianto Sunggoro, S.Ik., S.H, ketika Korban Riyana UC, (24), Alamat Desa Penumangan Baru Kec Tulang Bawang Tengah Kab Tulang Bawang memakir Sepeda Motornya Honda Beat warna hitam No.Pol: BE 5896 QM di garasi tempat Kostnya.
Di Jalan Ragnar G No.05 Kel. Yukum Jaya Kec Terbanggi Besar Kab.Lampung Tengah (perumahan Gunung Madu), Selasa (16/02/2021) sekira pukul 10.00 WIB, untuk kembali pulang ke Tulang bawang barat, sekira pukul 18.00 WiB Korban Kembali mendapati Sepeda Motornya sudah tidak ada (Raib) selanjutnya korban melaporkan Kejadian yang dialami ke Polsek Terbanggi Besar dengan Nomor : LP/71-B/ II /2021/Polda LPG/ RES Lamteng / SEK TEBAS Tanggal 17 Februari 2021.
Dengan berbekal laporan dan rekaman CCTV, Panit Reskrim Bersama Anggota Polsek Terbanggi Besar melakukan Penyelidikan dan Berhasil menangkap Pelaku RYT Als Yanto dirumahnya berikut barang buktinya 1 ( satu) unit Sp.Motor Honda Beat warna hitam No.Pol: BE 5896 QM ( Milik Korban), 1 (satu) buah topi warna putih serta 1 (satu) helai celana pendek yang dipakai saat melakukan pencurian “ Kata Sutana.
Selanjutnya Pelaku RYT Als Yanto berikut barang Buktinya Kami Bawa Ke Polsek Terbanggi Besar dan untuk pelaku Lainnya Masih dalam Pengejaran Petugas “ Lanjut Sutana.
Guna mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya pelaku RYT Als Yanto dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman Tujuh tahun Penjara” Tegasnya. (SWP).
