Sasaran kegiatan ini rutin dilaksanakan membantu masyarakat juga menghimbau melalui pengeras suara mengajak kepada warga yang melitas di jalan di depan Plaza Bandar Jaya, tentang Prosedur tentang tatanan baru New normal, dalam pelaksanaan pendisiplinan New Normal TNI-Polri akan bekerja Sama dengan Pemda Kab Lampung Tengah dan Gugus tugas Covid 19.
New Normal menjalankan aktifitas normal dengan menerapkan Protokol kesehatan, Mencegah Penularan Covid 19, Menjaga jarak aman 1 sampai 2 meter Physical Distancing, mengunakan masker, menyiapkan tempat cuci tangan atau handsanitizer ditempat umum, membatasi kapasitas pengujung, penerapan New Nomal telah disampaikan oleh oleh Pemerintah.
Himbauan New Normal diatas agar dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan sesuai Protokol Kesehatan serta agar tidak menyebarkan berita bohong yang tidak jelas sumbernya tentang Covid 19, Menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang New Normal.
