Lampung Tengah – Sebelum patroli malam takbiran Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1442 H/2021 M Kapolres Lampung Tengah bersama AKBP Popon Ardianto Sunggoro, S.Ik., S.H bersama Bupati Lampung Tengah Hi. Musa Ahmad, S.Sos dan Letkol Inf. Andri Hadiyanto, M.Han mengambil apel di tugu pepadun sebelum pergeseran anggota untuk melaksanakan patroli diwilayah Lampung Tengah, Rabu (12/5/2021) pukul 19.00 WIB.
Personel yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan patroli malam takbiran ini adalah TNI POLRI, Pol-PP, Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Damkar dan BPBD Lampung Tengah.
Popon menyampaikan “Kegiatan patroli berskala besar ini menentukan rute-rute daerah wilayah yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan pemetaan kerawanan dan tempat keramaian daerah yang dapat menimbulkan kerumunan seperti daerah Bandar Jaya dan daerah tersebut dilakukan penyekata, tempat tersebut dibagi 3 tempat yakni di depan Masjid Istiqal Bandar Jaya serta wilayah Bandar Jaya Barat dan wilayah Bandar Jaya Timur.
Tujuan dilakukan patroli adalah dengan maksud mengurai masyarakat Lampung Tengah untuk tidak melakukan pawai malam takbiran dan menghimbau masyarakat agar tidak menimbulkan kerumunan dan mencegah lonjakan Covid-19 yang mana Idul Fitri 1442 H tahun ini masih dimasa pandemi Covid-19, Terangnya”
“Selain patroli dan pengamanan malam takbiran anggota personel Polres Lampung Tengah sendiri melibatkan anggota sekitar ± 500 personel ditambah dengan personel gabungan TNI dan Pol-PP, Dinas Perhubungan, Damkar serta BPBD Lampung Tengah, selain itu juga melakukan pengamanan terbuka maupun tertutup dalam mengantisipasi mencegah kejahatan C-3 (Curat,Curas dan Curatmor) diwilayah Lampung Tengah, Tegasnya.”
