Polreslampungtengah.net. Jajaran Polsek Gunung Sugih Polres Lampung Tengah Polda Lampung berhasil meringkus pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan. Pelaku berinisial RR (26) warga LK. 2 Kel. Komering Agung Kec. Gunung Sugih Kab. Lampung. Senin (18/4/22) sekira pukul 01.00 Wib dini hari.
Mewakili Kapolres Lampung Tengah AKBP Doffie Fahlevi Sanjaya,S.I.K.,M.Si, Kapolsek Gunung Sugih AKP Wawan Budiharto menjelaskan pelaku RR ditangkap berdasarkan laporan Ayah korban Siswanto warga Kp. Wates Kec. Bumi Ratu Nuban Kab. Lampung Tengah.
Kronologi kejadian pada hari Minggu tanggal 03 April 2022 sekira pukul 15.00 , saat anak saya mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Beat Nopol : BE 2363 IP warna merah hitam di Jalan Raya Bekri menuju ke kampung kesumadadi tiba-tiba dari arah belakang dihadang 2 orang laki-laki yang mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Scoopy warna silver yang langsung menghentikan sepeda motor anak saya.’’kata Kapolsek menurut keterangan Ayah korban.
Lalu pelaku yang depan mencabut kunci sepeda motor korban dan pelaku yang dibonceng mengancam menggunakan pisau dengan berkata ‘’Turun Kamu Saya Tembak Kamu,’’ancam pelaku.
Kemudian pelaku menggeledah badan korban dan mengambil Hp Pocco X3 warna biru dongker selanjutnya langsung membawa kabur sepeda motor korban.
Atas kejadian tersebut korban mengalami kerugian sekitar Rp.17.000.000,-(tujuh belas juta rupiah) dan melaporkanya ke Polsek Gunung Sugih.’’jelas Kapolsek
Setelah menerima laporan dan melakukan penyelidikan, diperoleh informasi terkait keberadaan pelaku, Kanit reskrim Polsek Gunung Sugih Bersama Anggota langsung melakukan penangkapan salah seorang pelaku di Kel. Komering Agung Kec. Gunung Sugih Kab. Lampung Tengah.
Pelaku berhasil diamankan berikut barang bukti 1 (Satu) Unit sepeda motor Honda Beat Warna Merah hitam yang sudah di lepas Plat Nopolnya dibawa ke Polsek Gunung Sughih guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Pelaku RR kita jerat dengan Pasal 365 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 9 tahun Penjara sementara pelaku lainya yang sudah kami kantongi identitasnya masih dilakukan pengejaran .
Kami menghimbau kepada pelaku agar segera menyerahkan diri. Ia menegaskan ‘’Tidak ada ruang bagi pelaku kejahatan di wilkum Polsek Gunung Sugih pada khususnya dan di wilkum Polres Lampung Tengah pada umumnya, sampai lubang semutpun akan kami kejar.’’tutup Kapolsek (Humas LT)
