Kapolsek bersama anggotanya langsung ke lokasi sesuai dengan informasi dan mendapatkan pelaku yang sedang pesta narkoba setelah berhasil diaman dan dilakukan pengeledahan dirumah tersebut ditemukan barang bukti narkotika berupa 9 (sembilan) paket dalam klip plastik yang diduga berisi narkotika jenis sabu seberat 5 (lima) gram, 8 (delapan) plastik klip sisa narkotika jenis sabu, 1 (satu) plastik klip besar sisa narkotika jenis sabu, 1 ( satu ) alat hisab bong, 1 (satu) buah dompet warna coklat, ktp an. hengky saputra, 1 (satu) kotak cuttenbad, 8 (delapan) buah korek api gas, 1 (satu) buah rokok merk sampoena, 3 (tiga) buah pirex yang terbuat dari kaca, 2 (dua) gulung selang karet, 2 (dua) buah jarum kompor api, 1 (satu) buah skop kecil yang terbuat dari pipet minuman ringgan.
Selanjutnya pelaku HS berikut barang bukti dibawa ke Polsek Terusan Nunyai untuk dimintai keterangan dan dibuatkan laporan polisi : LP /104-A/V/2020/Polda Lpg/Res Lam-Teng / Sek Tenun. Tgl 11 Mei 2020, ujar Santoso.
Selanjutnya pelaku HS di Jerat dengan Pasal 114 Ayat (1) Atau Pasal 112 Ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika, dengan Ancaman Hukuman 5 sampai 20 Tahun Penjara, tegas Iptu Santoso. (SWP)
