Lagi ngisap sabu pelaku ditangkap Polsek Rumbia Lampung Tengah
Tribratanews.polri.go.id. Lampung Tengah, Anggota Patroli Polsek Rumbia Polres Lampung Tengah menangkap pelaku yang sedang ngisap sabu berinisial IT (51), alamat Dusun I Rt 002 Rw 001 Kampung Rekso Binangun Kec Rumbia Lampung Tengah didalam rumahnya, Selasa, (17/03/2020) sekira jam 12.40 WIB.
Menurut keterangan Kapolsek Rumbia Polres Lampung Tengah Akp Heru Prasongko, S.Pd Mewakili Kapolres Lampung Tengah AKBP I Made Rasma, S.Ik, M.Si, bahwa dirinya mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwa ada dua orang sedang mengisap sabu di rumah IT Kampung Rekso Binangun Kec Rumbia Lampung Tengah.
Selanjutnya anggota bersama Kanit Reskrimya saya perintahkan untuk melalukan penyelidikan sesuai informasi, dan benar ada 2 orang tidak dikenal yang dicurigai melakukan pesta narkotika jenis sabu. dan langsung dilakukan penangkapan, namun 1 orang melarikan diri dan 1 orang dapat diamankan.
Pelaku IT dibawa ke Polsek Rumbia berikut 1 (Satu) bungkus plastik bening kecil yang diduga berisikan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu berikut alat hisap (bong), 1 (Satu) buah pipa kaca (pirek) sisa pakai narkotika jenis sabu dan 1 (Satu) buah korek bensol warna biru, dan dibuatkan Laporan Polisi LP / 121-A /III / 2020 /Polda Lpg/Res Lamteng/Sek Rumbia , Tgl 17 Maret 2020, kata Heru.
Guna mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya pelaku IT dijerat Pasal 112 ayat (1) dan atau Pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf a UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman 4 sampai 12 tahun penjara, tegas Akp Heru Prasongko, S.Pd. (*)
