Lampung Tengah – Satuan Intelkam Polres Lampung Tengah kini menggandeng aplikasi ojek online lokal OKEBOS untuk memberikan inovasi layanan publik terkait dengan perpanjangan SKCK bagi masyarakat yang ber KTP Lampung Tengah.
Menurut Kasat Intelkam Polres Lampung Tengah Polres Lampung Tengah AKP Edi Kurniawan mengatakan “Bahwa pelayanan SKCK Sat Intelkam Polres Lampung Tengah berusaha menerapkan konsep pelayanan prima untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dari masyarakat dan mengurangi waktu dan birokrasi serta antrian dalam pembuatan SKCK dimasa pandemi ini.
Penandatanganan kerjasama ini dilakukan antara Kasat Intelkam Polres Lampung Tengah AKP. Edi Kurniawan, S.H., M.H. dengan Gatot Subroto selaku Direktur OKEBOS dan Kepala Cabang OKEBOS Lampung Tengah Teddy Rahmadi di ruang kerja Kasat Intelkam Polres Lampung Tengah, Selasa (16/02/2021).
Dengan menggandeng OKEBOS, diharapkan layanan perpanjangan SKCK online akan menjadi lebih mudah. Masyarakat cukup menghubungi dan mengirimkan kelengkapan data perpanjangan SKCK ke nomor WA OKEBOS Lampung Tengah, lalu pihak OKEBOS akan memproses data tersebut ke bagian layanan publik Polres Lampung Tengah. Setelah jadi SKCK tersebut akan diantarkan oleh driver OKEBOS ke rumah yang bersangkutan.
“Kami berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik perpanjangan SKCK di Polres Lampung Tengah, dengan menggandeng aplikasi OKEBOS kami berharap dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk melakukan perpanjangan SKCK, cukup dari rumah saja tidak perlu harus datang ke Polres”, jelas Edi Kurniawan di ruang kerjanya.
Di tempat terpisah Teddy selaku kepala cabang OKEBOS Lampung Tengah menjelaskan, “Dimasa pandemi ini, adalah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus covid-19 yaitu dengan mengurangi kerumunan massa dalam mengantri untuk membuat SKCK. Semoga inovasi program baru maupun trobosan dari Polres Lampung Tengah ini yang menggandeng kami selaku aplikasi jasa kurir dan transportasi online asli Lampung dapat diterima dan mempermudah masyarakat yang ber KTP Lampung Tengah untuk merpanjangan SKCK secara online”.

– KTP pemohon dalam bentuk file JPG atau PDF
– Pas Foto pemohon dengan background atau latar warna merah dalam bentuk file JPG atau PNG
3. Mengirimkan alamat tempat tinggal pemohon secara lengkap atau share lokasi di google map
4. OKEBOS akan memproses pencetakan data pemohon, lalu meneruskan ke bagian layanan publik Polres Lampung Tengah
5. Setelah jadi, bagi yang berdomisili di Bandarjaya dan sekitarnya, SKCK akan dikirimkan driver OKEBOS ke alamat pemohon
6. Pemohon cukup membayar biaya proses, jasa pengiriman dan PNBP pembuatan SKCK kepada driver atau kurir OKEBOS
7. Bagi masyarakat yang berdomisili di luar area pengiriman driver/di luar kota, SKCK akan dikirim melalui jasa ekspedisi dengan mentransfer biaya proses dan ongkirnya terlebih dahulu yang sudah ditentukan.
